Your E-Go Bike comes with a 12 month warranty.
(Extended Warranties are available to buy on our website.)
The warranty covers labour and parts. You would be responsible for the carriage in getting the bike back to us
however to save on this you are more than welcome to opt to use a local bike repairer. If on investigation it is an issue
covered under warranty we will supply them with parts and pay for their labour.
Parts replaced under these warranty terms will be covered for the remaining warranty period of the bike,
Any components replaced under warranty must be returned to E-Go Bike Ltd and will become property of E-Go Bike Ltd.
We may from time to time at our discretion make repairs to defective parts falling outside of the warranty period. Such
work shall not be deemed an admission of liability.
Exclusions
Warranties exclude damage caused by abnormal use, damage from accidents, lack of maintenance, prolonged contact
with moisture or non-compliance with our recommendations.
Bikes must not have been used for competitions.
Parts where wear is expected as part of their function for example; Tyres, Brake Pads, Brake Cables, Handlebar Grips,
Freewheels etc.
Spokes not included.
E-Go Bike are not liable for incidental costs such as costs associated with loss of use, inconvenience, lost time,
commercial losses or other incidental or consequential damages.
Electrical modifications – additions not included when purchased.
External factors such as shocks, lightning storms, current surges, short circuits etc
Damage caused by excess exposure to the elements and/or exposure to saltwater.
Damage caused by bike or parts being submerged in water.
Paint, varnish, saddles and bike graphics.
Warranties are not transferable.
This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.
